Ambassador Mulembo was a civil servant and a career diplomat who worked as the Ambassador of Kenya to Ethiopia, Djibouti & Permanent Representative to African Union and Economic Commission for Africa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. He currently heads a County Public Service Board in Kenya where he strives to be a strategic partner in executing the values and principles of the County Public Service Board. He maximizes employee potential by fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee morale by developing interpersonal relationships within all levels of the County.
During Special assignments he has:
Led the Kenya delegation to the USA to conceptualize Golden Spear which led to the International Conference on Disaster Management at Mt. Kenya Safari Club – Nanyuki
Led the African Union Commission Groups of Ambassadors to Sierra Leone and Liberia to review the situation of refugees and internally displaced persons in the two countries.
